Paula works with a variety of therapeutic modalities. While her preference is to use the tools of energy psychology, particularly her propritary CHART (Conscious Healing and Repatterning Therapy),she has expertise in, and respect for, all of the major systems in the field. She feels that what is most important is to implement the right modality to shift the client's issues as rapidly as possible. This enables the client to return to effective functioning quickly. Once this has been accomplished, the client is comfortable enough to decide whether or not he/she is desirous of doing deeper work to completely heal the problematic core beliefs.

Phone Sessions

Paula also does phone sessions during which she uses all of the same processes and modalities that are used in personal sessions.

CHART work is effective and easily done on the phone. The deep, energetic healing that this system creates can be attained through a phone session as well as in person. If you are having problems with stress, anxiety, chronic physical pain, depression, phobias, panic attacks, trauma, prolonged grief, relationship pain, self-limiting beliefs, performance blocks, negative thinking, anger, or any other emotional distress, and would like to benefit from this type of counseling you are welcome to arrange a phone session with Paula. Office Hours:

Appointments are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Evening and weekend sessions can be arranged upon request.
