Just remove shiny top sheet and apply the transformation to dry skin. Thoroughly soak the back with water and hold in place for 30 seconds. Peel the backing off. If you should desire to remove transfer, just saturate with rubbing alcohol or baby oil and wipe away with a cotton ball or lift off with transparent tape.
